Small variations in color, swirl pattern, texture, finish, fill level, and fragrance perception are normal and do not qualify as defects. Product photographs are intended as a guide and may not represent the exact item you receive.

Fragrance is personal and can be experienced differently by each individual. We do not guarantee that a product’s scent will match a customer’s personal preference or memory of a fragrance.

4. Product Safety and Personal Use

Our products are intended for their labeled and ordinary use only. Please read product labels, ingredient information, warnings, and candle-care instructions before use.

Because sensitivities and allergies vary, customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients before purchase and use. If irritation, discomfort, or an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate.

Candles, fragrance products, and body products should be kept away from children and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from flammable materials, drafts, and anything that may catch fire. Perfume and fragrance products are for external use only unless specifically labeled otherwise.

5. Orders, Pricing, and Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, product availability, promotions, and product descriptions may change at any time without notice.

Bluebyrd Soap Co. generally ships orders from Kentucky on Mondays and may ship on additional days during higher-volume periods. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and begin after a package has been accepted by the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, postal holidays, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Orders

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and damaged-order requests are governed by our Return Policy.

Custom orders, wedding favors, party gifts, personalized products, private-label items, and large-quantity orders are subject to the written quote, invoice, production timeline, and approval details provided for that order.

Custom orders may require a deposit or payment in full before production begins. Because these items are made specifically for you, changes, cancellations, refunds, and delivery timelines may be limited once materials have been ordered, production has begun, or artwork and details have been approved.

Any custom-order terms stated in your quote or invoice control if they differ from these general Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including the Bluebyrd Soap Co. name, logos, product names, photographs, graphics, text, designs, videos, and website content—is owned by or licensed to Bluebyrd Soap Co. and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
