Shipping Information

1. How do you ship?

Bluebyrd Soap Co. orders are carefully packed and shipped from Kentucky using USPS. Available shipping methods are shown at checkout and may include USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail, depending on package weight and destination.

We use packaging thoughtfully and aim to use only what is needed to help your order arrive safely.

2. When will my order ship?

Our standard shipping day is Monday.

Orders are generally packed and shipped once each week so we can protect the small-batch, hands-on quality of every Bluebyrd order. Whenever possible, orders placed by Sunday evening will ship the following Monday.

During higher-volume periods, we may ship orders on additional days. We reserve the right to do so when needed to get your order to you sooner.

Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing before shipment. This processing window does not include carrier transit time and may be longer during holidays, sales, product launches, or other high-volume periods.

Orders are not shipped on federal holidays. If a Monday falls on a postal holiday, orders will ship on the next available business day.

3. How long will delivery take once my order ships?

Delivery time begins after your package has been accepted by USPS and varies by destination and shipping method.

  • USPS Ground Advantage: Typically 2–5 business days after shipment

  • USPS Priority Mail: Typically 1–3 business days after shipment

These timeframes are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed by Bluebyrd Soap Co.

4. How will I know my order has shipped?

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled and is on its way.

Please allow a short period for tracking updates to appear after USPS receives your package.

5. Custom, wedding, and event orders

Custom orders, wedding favors, party gifts, and large-quantity orders follow the production and delivery timeline confirmed in your quote or invoice. When possible, please submit custom-order requests at least 6–8 weeks before your event date.
