Complete the inquiry form with your event date, product preferences, quantity, scent ideas, and personalization details.

2. Receive your custom quote.
We’ll review your request and follow up with availability, pricing, scent options, and next steps.

3. Approve the details.
Once your selection, quantity, label design, and event timeline are finalized, we’ll prepare your order for production.

4. Receive your invoice.
Your custom invoice will be emailed securely through Shopify. Once payment is received, your Bluebyrd order is officially reserved.

A Little Planning Goes a Long Way

Each order is made in small batches in Kentucky with thoughtful details, distinctive fragrance, and the kind of presentation your guests will want to take home.

Because every custom order is made especially for your celebration, we recommend submitting your request at least 6–8 weeks before your event date whenever possible.

Need something sooner? Reach out anyway. If our production calendar allows, we’ll do our best to make it happen.
